How long will I wait for my order?

All of the products in stock are manufactured and ready for shipment.  Our goal is to have all orders shipped within 1-2 working days but during busy  times, it may take up to 5 working days. For orders in the UK, we  utilise Royal Mail 24 which typically delivers within 1-3 days.  International orders may take longer for both dispatch and shipping.

How to I wash my snood?

It is suggested to wash our snoods at 30°C using a gentle, delicate  cycle. For drying, air drying is recommended. Hot washes and tumble  drying are not recommended.

Which counties do you ship to?

We ship worldwide, usually via Royal Mail  Tracked and Signed. Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days from dispatch.  Worldwide delivery aim: 7-10 working days from dispatch, but please allow further time due to worldwide shipping delays.
